Materials Needed: 

• An empty plastic bottle

• Scissors

• Rubber bands (two per toy)

• thread

• A large bead 

• Plastic ball

  
  

Steps: 

1. Cut the plastic bottle about 10 cm from the lid. You will only use the top half of the bottle.. 

2. Mark 4 lines at right angles and make 1 cm deep cuts along all four marks.

3. Insert two rubber bands as shown into the cuts making a criss-cross in the center.

4. Tie the thread at the junction of the rubber bands.

5. Make a small hole in the lid.

6. Weave the thread through the lid and tie a bead at the end.

7. Place the ball on the junction, pull the string, and release to watch your ball fly through the air. Don't forget to DM us pictures or videos of your creations to be featured on our Instagram page!
